    I have worked for several billion dollar companies who were developers and contractors

    There are on other boards and councils, worked with local officials on the fine line of jurisdictions over reach and what is required

    They ran their business like a professional company with values and ethics. They were not in competition with who was doing what - they focused on what they were good at
