I wanted to post and try out my new enhanced Pro signature. My awesome client and savvy investor @Theresa W. closed today on her new duplex and bought me a membership upgrade as a thank you.  In the 30+ deals I've done this year, I've received two gifts (I don't expect them) and this one was so thoughtful and so appreciated.  BP has been an amazing way to connect with quality people with whom I can be friends and do deals.
