Are Foreclosures/Evictions Really Like in "99 Homes"?

I'm looking for people with experience in foreclosures and evictions and who actually have seen the entire film-- not just the trailer.

How realistic is what's depicted in the movie?  Frankly, I don't have the stomach for evicting a homeowner.  We're supposed to submit bids on tax liens for the first time by Monday, and after watching this, I feel that I only want to do so if the property is vacant.
