My llc placed a bid on a property owned by the local school district. My name was published on the front page of the newspaper along with the bid amount. First it is factually untrue that Kalen Mills placed a bid, but I would not want  any info advertised about assets I own and the price I paid. How can I leverage this to get concessions or negotiate terms to my benefit? This is factually inaccurate and a liability for me.

You have no leverage, there was no harm inflicted....it doesn’t matter that they published your name instead of the llc.
