CYA from flirty tenants
Guys - how do you mitigate flirty female tenants and avoid any allegations of sexual misconduct etc while going for repairs etc ( assuming you self manage). I haven't had the problem but can't deny its been a question of what can I do to protect myself from this type of stuff.
Ladies, similar scenario - male tenant makes you feel uncomfortable etc, what steps do you take?
