Need investor friendly title/escrow company in New Hampshire
Hey everyone! I'm hoping someone can help me with a reference to an investor friendly title/escrow company in New Hampshire. I am wholesaling vacant land and as such, I have multiple properties I need to close. I'm hoping someone has a good referral out there to one that can get the job done and do it reasonably priced. Since most of my properties are cash transactions and lower priced, they are pretty straightforward. I do contract assignments, double closes, and regular closes. I have called around to many over the last few weeks and I have 3 properties that I have buyers for that I need to close now, but companies are turning me away. Please help!
