Hi Everyone,

I am interested in buying my first property. I am using a REA and he just sent me an email saying that the property is zoned commercial and FHA financing is not acceptable. I guess my question is, how do i proceed from here?

P.s Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Maybe I am wrong but I am pretty sure FHA is only for 1-4 family homes and nothing else.
