Hi BP Fam, 

Newbie wholesaler here going to start driving for dollars in the next two weeks. Before I approach sellers/buyers I want to get my contracts reviewed and intv title agencies to prime for swift and accurate close. 

Can anyone make suggestions for investor/wholesaler friendly shops in North NJ? Looking in the Essex, Union, Passaic, & Hudson County areas. Thanks!
