I just want to know the best markets in New Jersey
I'm from New Jersey and I want to invest in Real Estate in a few years so I just want to know what are the best markets in New Jersey with good neighborhoods, low crime, and a good price for a home. My criteria's are a home price being 240k and below, 3 bedrooms or more, 1 bathroom or more, and the square footage of a home being 1,200 or more. Multi family homes and single family homes.
