New investor in the RTP area
Hello all. I am a new investor in the Triangle area. I have been interested in real estate investing for a long time and I recently attended a real estate seminar and made some great connections. With the help of BiggerPockets , my real estate agent and my mentor I am about to close on two rental properties (1 single family and 1 triplex). I am very excited and scared at the same time. 😀

@Howard Pritchett I was lucky enough to have a good job, good credit, some savings and a 401k. Oh and a great real estate agent that found these gems for me. I figure I'll invest in myself first and then others will be more likely to invest in me. I'll let you know if it works out. 😀
