Vacant properties in Ohio

Aaron Lewis
Posted

Hello my name is Aaron I am a rookie Real estate investor in Ohio. I have been coming across vacant properties in my area no way of get in contact with the owners. I have sent letters to the last known address, contacted the city and the county & no such luck of reaching the owners. I have been advised by the city that some of the properties have been vacant for more than two years and back taxes are due because they can’t reach the owners. Does anybody have any advice on what can be done or have experienced this before?
