How to get Ken schilling index for counties in PA with incomes

Hi,

I am trying to get the average property prices for single-family homes in Counties in PA like the Ken Schilling Index. I am also looking for average incomes of people, unemployment levels for counties in PA. Do you guys know how to get this data for PA, MD and NJ?
