Getting in on the front end of the boom!
In my area we have had several car manufactures move in and the next one will be Volvo. I'm interested to know from any investors up near Spartanburg, Greer, area of South Carolina ( BMW Plant was built years ago) What investment opportunities or what kind investments you wished you would have made a move on before the growth began.
With these large companies come other businesses, housing and other commercial growth to the area so I'm wondering what would be the most valuable investment to start planning for.
Any suggestions?
