What would be the best way to invest 50k in the upstate Sc market ?  Main focus is to build a portfolio of buy & hold rentals , with a number of doors that will create 5000 a month passive income in the next 5 years .

Btw I wish there was a upstate forum dedicated to upstate investors lol if it is and I missed it , drop a link

Hey @Robert Collins, just moved to Greenville, SC and wanted to connect! I'm looking for a nearly identical setup as you, passive income within the next 5-10 to allow me to be more choosy on what I do with my time (#nomoredeskjob). Anyway, let me know if you'd be interested in chatting - I'm trying to figure out where to go for agents, property managers, loans, etc. and we might be able to bounce ideas off each other.

Also, I'm going to a meetup on December 5th that you might find interesting. Let me know if you would be and I can try and dig up the details and send them over to you.
