I’m looking to invest in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Sevierville, TN area in the next few months. Could anyone share their utility and property manager costs on the cabins in the area? Any other insight or advice on the area would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Hi Danielle

We are a Local Management company and the fee is 10% to monitor bookings, schedule cleaners, answer guest questions, schedule maintenance. Local Utility bills for the 5 cabins I own are surprisingly low. I have never had a bill over $200 with my 2/2.
