@Jason Coyle - HQed in Fort Worth. Has a full-time crew and also a full service GC. He gives quick detailed bids. Comes in a little cheaper but has same quality of work and ethics. Great guy that I have referred a few of my borrowers too.
Renovation Gurus - HQed in Bedford. They are full service and will take care of everything except foundation (but refer a great foundation guy). Super professional and do quality work. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. They had siding on one of my properties that warped about 2 months after they finished and they came out and put up new siding on the whole wall of the house.
