Looking for a Renovation Contractor Unicorn around Tyler, TX

We've got a 1000 sf frame house in Henderson, TX that will need a total overhaul. I'd love to find a reliable contractor that would handle the rehab...but that is literally like finding a unicorn. If you've got someone you'd recommend, I'm all ears! I've found for every 6 contractors I call, 1 actually returns a phone call.

If you live in the area and have any contractor recomendations, give me a shout...I need everything from foundation work, framer, sheetrock and painter! I'll in turn give you a list of who NOT to use!! LOL, I do have a great plumber and HVAC crew if anyone needs the info!

@Angie Shires this is such a remote section of Texas your pickings will be certainly limited (as you are finding out).  There are several facebook groups like "DFW Real Estate Investors" and similar names.  I would suggest to join some of those and see if we can get some reasonable recommendations from there.
