Has anyone placed a tenant with Housing Connector?

Hi there,
Has any landlord/property owner here placed a tenant with Housing Connector? A colleague recently called me singing their praises but he's only had the tenant 1 mo. I have some section8 tenants and have had good experiences there. Housing Connector seems to be "working for the property owner" - would love to know if anyone here is working with them. Thanks in advance!
