I'm looking for an attorney or title service who can close "subject to" deal and also lease option sales. Any recommendations would be highly appreciated.

I am not 100 percent on their ability to Subject to and lease option closes as we don't do those types of transactions.. but they are the closing attorney we have had great experience with in Montgomery:
