How do you calculate ARV on Mobile Homes?to wholesale or even for rental purposes

Mobile Home not manufactured home because I assume arv is the same as sfr

@Sarah Wade sorry it took so long for me to reply. I have only dealt with manufacture/mobile homes on their own land, which we just use the standard way of pricing which is comps. I would look at past forum posts if it is in a mobile home park or on a rented lot.
