Best way to see an out of state property

Hello all,

I was wondering what the best way is to view a potential out of state investment when I am unable to physically see it.

Do you ask the realtor to videotape the property and create a virtual tour?

Is it best to have them take lots of pictures?

Any tips that others use to acquire property without physically walking through it would help.

Thank you

Hi Devin,

I work with out of state and overseas investors, so I will tell you what I send them.

I send a video of the street with full video of the inside and a lot of pictures. In my experience, I have noticed that a video is worth 1,000 pictures. When I send my investors a detailed video of the house, they don't really care about the pictures.

Just my $0.02

Good luck!

Sharad
