Market for Probate Leads in Fulton & Cobb County Georgia

Over my first 18 months of real estate investing, I've built up a pretty good process for mining the probate data for both Fulton and Cobb counties.  I'm wondering if I might be able to turn the work I've been doing into a business all on it's own.  My question is for other investors who are in the Atlanta market.  Would you be interested in a probate list that is more then just names and address but also includes linked properties, living spouse information, telephone number of executor/administrator, and any other available obituary information?

If so, what would the order of priority?

  • All names of deceased and executor/administrator info regardless of linked properties or living spouse
  • Only a subset of the information.  Deceased & executor/administrator info plus
    • Linked Properties
    • Linked Properties without a living spouse
    • Linked Properties with a living spouse

If I were to get this information for any other counties, which ones are others interested in?

    @Kyle Kufeldt

     I pay for a probate service similar to what you are offering in the Northern GA area.  The main difference is my service sends direct mail to the prospects in the areas in which I have specified.  The main reasons I pay for this service is because it saves me a lot of time and it brings leads directly to me.  This may be something you want to consider.

    I would love to find a service that bring qualified lead to me and I would be happy to provide a finders fee.  By qualified , in this context,  would mean any of those probate contacts who are actually looking to sell.
