Hello Eddie,
Take a look at the commerical space on Bells Ferry right before you get to Eagle Dr. and even before the new car wash if you are going north. There is a space there that used to have a bar in it which never really took off. It may be an option. They are also trying to sell a former garage on the other side of that building which is about 5000 sq. ft.

IMO, it would be a waste of money to mail to REO. Who would you be attempting to contact? What address would you be mailing your marketing to? Do you think you would get a response from this party?
