Structuring a Seller Finance Deal on a Property with Back Taxes
Is this even possible to do without settling the taxes in full? Back taxes are $9k (2+ years delinquent). Any possibility we could bargain with the county auditor for a payment plan and structure a contract of deed or land contract?...Not willing to pay the taxes in full due to the quality of the deal...thoughts appreciated.
