Cold calling scripts
Anybody have any good suggestions on cold calling scripts so I can get a gist how to ask proper questions thanks guys you've been helpful thus far on my journey
My name is ........ I guess I just missed you. A property down the street just sold, and I thought you might be in the market to sell yours. Please give me a call back if you ever thought about selling.
Get name and # when they call back, ask condition of home, vacant or occupied. Best time to get people to answer phone is THURSDAY BETWEEN 4-5.
Next best time is Thursday between 4-6
