Has anyone been able to successfully navigate the selling of SFH's so that they could invest in syndication opportunities with little tax implications?

@Jeff Goedeker Disclaimer: I'm a former tax accountant, so this is just a suggestion and not a tax advise.

In order to 1031 from sfh into mfh (syndication or not), sfh has to be part of the same portfolio under the same LLC umbrella. Since 1031 requires the name of the entity to continue into the new purchase.

Also, I think a 1031 expert like @Dave Foster can give you a good answer.

Best!
