Reg CF Fundraising for Real Estate?

I know generally syndicators go with Reg D exemptions (506b and 506c) to raise funds for commercial and large multi-family properties. Do you know of anyone who's successfully run a Regulation CF (crowdfunding) fundraise for a real estate deal?

Yeah, one of our students did on Mainvest. I highly recommend you reach out to him. I don't know if he is here on BP but if you join our FB group (linked below) - I will introduce you to him in a tag.

FYI - I am NOT a fan of crowdfunding for real estate under Reg CF. Not as an investor, but as a sponsor. The investors simply don't invest enough money. Average CF investor only invests $250. It's kind of a drag.

@Jillian Sidoti - As a someone who has an active crowdfunding campaign for my tiny home community project, I can relate to the smaller amounts. We did get a $10k investor recently. Talk about excitement there! Lots of cheering!
