Hello, As a new guy to Real estate investing and a current Real Estate agent in Pennsylvania I was wondering what tactics you guys are using to make deals. I have tools (MLS, a great broker, excellent software for comps, etc...) but as an investor how would you guys use this to your advantage. Keep in mind I don't have a ton of money to dish out and I'm having trouble Marketing/finding wholesale sellers Any suggestions?
