Prop Manager recommendations for LA
Looking for advice / recommendations for property management. Looking to buy a multi (probably a duplex) in LA, to owner-occupy one unit and get professional management for the other.
Question 1: any recommendations for managers in LA (we haven't purchased yet yet, but are looking in mid Wilshire, Hancock Park, Silverlake, Echo Park (generally within 30ish minutes from Hollywood).
Question 2: any pitfalls of being an owner-occupier in LA I should be aware of.
