Referral for San Diego inspector for Multifamily?
Does anyone know a good, detail oriented inspector in San Diego that has experience with multifamily? This would be for a two story triplex in the OB area. Any referrals would be appreciated!
Not the cheapest, but we use him every time. Jason at Nation Wide Inspections. As far as I am concerned, he is our inspector for as long as he desires. He has earned that honor and is the only part of my team that currently has that honor (shows what I think of his work). In the past, I had a handyman with that honor but unfortunately he is no longer doing handyman work.
I am not associated with Nationwide Home Inspections other than having used him for each of our purchases since 2012.
