Hi Armand, do you have the plans ready already? Are you building residential or commercial? If you are doing residential, how many units? Sfh? Apartments?

Very tough to get good contractors in the entire SFBA. Most of them have a promised year around job with builders. Those available are often months late due to doing multiple projects. Those commute from Central Valley prefer periphery communities as few want to fight several hours going back home.

Expect to pay premium rates even for semi-skilled labor also.
