@Adam Mayberry I work for a company called Maxable Space. We educate homeowners on the benefits of building an ADU on their property. We are gathering data in order to provide first-hand stories and information to our readers.

@Kelsey Imamoto - ADUs cost about $200-300 a sqft so 400sq ft can start at $80k without permit fees. Permit fees can be about $10k-15k. This is w a full kitchen, full bathroom and studio like unit.
