Consider this example: Would a seller agree to pay the same commission to a buyer agent for an offer that is 10% below asking price, includes a 97% financing contingency, a 15-day inspection period, and a 60-day closing, as they would for a full-price, cash offer with a 5-day inspection period and a 20-day closing
