Beltline Peoperties- Do you always view before making offer?
Hi,
Right now I'm getting most of my potential properties off Trulia and PropertyShark and also drive for dollars.
I was wondering, when you find a good property -- good price, GREAT area, how often do you submit an offer on properties that have several photos -- without viewing the inside? Problem I've been facing is 1. Reaching the listing agent to get more info on the property and 2. By the time I get a return call , the properties are pending sale.
I have an eye for good properties but I don't seem to be able to get my offer in quick enough waiting on return calls from listing agents . Should I just send an offer in without speaking to the agent first ?
Thank for any advise you have!
