Anyone have good referrals for GC's and wholesalers in Atlanta?
I am looking to do my first flip and wanted some referrals on some good General Contractors and Wholesalers in the Atlanta area. Is there anyone out there that can point me into the right direction.
Reach out to David Camero at New Western. They tend to find good deals you're not as likely to lose on, but for the margin they make you could source similar deals yourself.
If you need a good GC who's cheap and smart and shows up and is available right away and is true to his/her word...good luck.

Hi Coronde - Let's start with wholesalers. If you are free on Thursdays at 11am, Ramon Tookes has a group and they meet at Mellow Mushroom on Ivan Allen. Please message me for his contact information and updates on the meeting location or Just look for him on Facebook or Instagram.
Also, I am active on several Facebook Groups and you'll find several wholesalers there. For example Glen E. Glasper is strong in several transactions (wholeslale, fix n flip, etc.)
Regarding GCs, you have to do your due diligence. I can make a recommendation but you still need to check them out.
