Hello everyone! I recently closed my first deal and everything is going well! I want to continue investing but I do not have much money for downpayment. I would like to do the BRRRR strategy with the next property so i can get money from refinancing to purchase another home. I would love to learn from anyone who is doing it or has done this! Or if you have another strategy on how to buy more deals with not much cash let me know. I am willing to learn, help and work hard to make this happen. Thank you!

I have done this and must say it was better than flip profit. You need to be good at analyzing the numbers before the rehab and after it. I can help you with that if you want. Please let me know.
