Had to share this link with all my fellow Chicago investors...especially since it seems like we've been hit with a fair share of negative news lately and it has become trendy to bash our beautiful city.

As a 25 year old professional in the city, all I know is that I love it here, my like-minded friends love it here, and a huge percentage of recent grads from any Big 10 school strive to end up here.

With McDonald's, Motorola, ConAgra and Kraft all moving their offices back to the city, I do believe that even more millennial talent will come flocking. I am house-hacking a 3 bedroom condo right now, and I am excited to rent it out in a few years to 3 young professionals who will be happy to pay $1000/month each to live in a top notch city that any 20-something is bound to fall in love with.
