Where to find a good lease for an owner/occupant in Chicago?

Hi,

I just bought a two flat with garden unit and I will live in the garden unit and rent out the other two. I would like to find a good lease for my future tenants. Any recommendations?

There is a pretty good one available if you google Chicago realtor lease. The Chicago realtors put out a new one every year, the pdf has some issues but it is a solid format. Might want to add a rider or something but it’s a solid start.

An attorney could also put one together.
