New to Indy - Any Advice or Investor Meetups?

Hi BP Indy!

I’m moving to Indianapolis next summer for my fiancé’s job. I would love to find a property that we can house hack before we move there (duplex, triplex, etc. and ideally use the other units as STRs). And right now I’m in learning mode to get a feel for the area.

Are there any RE meetups you recommend? I plan on taking a few trips out there and want to make them coincide with a meet up so I can start getting plugged into the community and really learning the area.
