Hi, my business partners and I own over 100+ doors in Columbus Ohio and we're looking to expand to a secondary market like Indianapolis. However, I need to find a realtor who specializes and is willing to work with an out of state investor! Does anyone have any recommendations? Looking for someone whose is experienced, communicative, and investor-friendly.

When choosing a realtor, first, pay attention to his work experience. More important is how many successful deals the realtor has concluded during this time, in which field he worked: rent or sale, new buildings, or the secondary market. Since most transactions are typical, yours will likely not be an exception.
