I have one turnkey rental in Indianapolis and got my virtual assistant to help me compile a list of handi men, plumbers, property management, roofers, electrical vendors. This is an effort so I don't have to use the high priced vendors that screw us out of state investors.

Would anyone like to add value to my list and we can collaborate on this brain trust? Email me do not PM me 😁 I was thinking I could add you to the living document.
