Convert land contract to mortgage
Hey guys. I have a couple of properties on land contract. I want to pay off remaining balances on them and switch to conventional mortgage. The first property has balance remaining around $27k. Others are around $50-70k. Fortunately there’s no prepayment penalty. Can you please recommend any Indy based lenders that can help me with this? Especially the property that only has a balance of $27k? It’s been hard finding lenders that’ll cover a $27k loan. Thanks!
