Doing your first house flip

Hello investors,

Wanted to introduce myself I’m Tramaine - an accountant by day and I do buy/hold rentals for the last 3 years(12units to date between me and my ol’lady)

But this upcoming spring after tax season I wanted to do my first house flip. Any recommendations (lenders, contractors, etc) or advice when doing your first flip? All advice is appreciated!🙌🏾

The biggest way to make money on a flip is when you buy (pay as little as possible)

The second way is when you get a contractor to give you a bid, and they are a trusted person who is ethical and ONLY was given to you via your referral network.

And while I’m at it, the 3rd way is when you get a ROCKSTAR realtor who can price it RIGHT to get you as much money as possible- but in this market also do it as fast as possible.
