All Real estate investors in the state of California. Need some advice
Hope you are all doing well today, I recently cold called a home and they are willing to sell but he said there are issues with the title. His uncle sold the home to his father and he inherited 3/4 of the home once his father passed away and he said its been a hassle with the title, he mentioned probate it is a unique situation for me so any advice or information would be major for me.
