Looking for some advice for first flip

There is a house in St. Petersburg that I am interested in purchasing for my first flip. Is there anyone in the St. Pete/Pinellas area that would be willing to talk to me directly so I can estimate some rehab costs?

Thank you,

Gene

maybe you can call a couple GCs and get them to give you a rough estimate?  here in western PA a full gut bathroom is 10-13K and a kitchen is 13-20K.  so you'd be looking at at least 35-45 depending on the size and finishes.

your estimates look pretty good, floor seems a little low unless you have a quote for that.  what about doors, windows, electrical and fixtures, plumbing, railings, landscaping?
