You're searching for a house to flip, what information is crucial for you to know?

This is a follow-up question from another one I asked a few weeks ago. What data points are crucial for you to find a potential flip?

Are all these data points represented in the images below? If not, what else would you add?

Present:

- Listing images

- Property info (beds, baths, sqft)

- Listing info (days on market, price cuts, etc)

- Estimated ARV

- Comps used to see ARV

Just finishing up my first flip and I wish I had known more on the age of the roof, mechanicals/utilities with pictures of all of them.
