Briefly, I'm looking to connect with flipper/BRRRR strategy investors to learn from. I'm in the FLL area and could be boots on the ground for out of state investors, could go by and take pictures/videos, visit municipalities, and the like to help with your business.

 FL I will not touch it unless its an incredible deal, crash is coming, FLL not a chance I will even look there, way overpriced. Be VERY careful   

 I'll agree it is overpriced but I don't expect a big crash to come here. We will definitely have some kind of correction at some point but people have been saying that for 2 years +. There are still some deals to be had but not like before.
