Standing Water in Basement of Historical Home....
So, I have a potential investment in an early 1900's home, but there is a bit of standing water in the basement...nothing too crazy, but if I were the end-buyer, this would be a deal breaker. This is a very typical period home and the construction is pretty solid. Does anyone have any experience or advice on remedying this or the cost to do so?...
