Transitional / Modern Soaker Tub

Does anyone have any suggestions on the best place to purchase a stylish transitional or modern soaker tub?  Does it pay to go ahead and spend an extra $300-$400 nicer one than to buy a $700-$800 soaker?  We are doing a high end flip and I don't want to be penny wise and pound foolish in the master bath.

Several sites - thetubconnection.com prices run $1,000 - $ 2,000. Another great site overstock.com - they have some mice units for under $1,000. Just make sure they are manufactured with the material that lends to your flip. Kohler is also good, but very expensive. Good shopping.

I use this tub in my higher end builds in the master:

Here's a photo of it installed:

@Lynn Currie

Hi, question for you. How high end are tou talking? I have a house that will sell for $325-$365 and trying to decide what to do with the master bath. The tub for starters. Love the modern look of the soakers but they seem pricey. Would live to get your thoughts. Thanks!

@Kristie Smith

I put something like this in the houses that are $450 to $650 s/ft.

Easiest way to figure out the expectations for your price point in your area though is to look at the comps. What are other houses that you’re competing with have in their master?
