So I'm in the midst of my first flip, it is a foreclosure that I found with my real estate agent after a lot of looking on MLS. The project is almost done (should be on the market in a few weeks) so I'm now starting to look for the next property. The MLS search took a long time (not a ton of properties in northern NJ) so I am starting to look at other ways to find properties.
Which brings me to my question, after a lot of searches on BP and listening to the podcasts, listsource.com seemed to be a great option. One post I read had some great listsource.com search criteria from Michael Quarles. Below are the criteria I used, problem is the list I got of 297 properties in the towns I'm targeting in Bergen County but more than half of them are town homes and condos. Is there a way to eliminate town homes and condos from the search? I would have though SFR would only mean houses but I could be wrong.
